Nashua Man Indicted On Rape, Incest Charges: Court Roundup
MA woman accused of stealing vinyl records; Salem man faces arson, burglary charges; Milford man indicted on 7 child endangerment charges.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Ashley Baker, 36, of Broadway in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of various vinyl records from Barnes & Noble in Nashua on Sept. 2.
Aaron Bond, 24, of Amory Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on July 30 in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted on a controlled drug charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court in October 2022.

Ramon Hiraldo Romero, 35, of Chandler Street in Nashua on incest and four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies. He was accused of raping a girl repeatedly between Jan. 15, 2014, and May 17, 2015, and raping a woman between Aug. 1 and Aug. 31, 2019, in Nashua.
Matthew Jackson, 30, of Shadow Lake Road in Salem on arson and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of setting a wreath at the First Baptist Church in Hudson on fire on Aug. 26 and attempting to burglarize the 7-Eleven on Central Street in Hudson by damaging the front door with a fire extinguisher.

Matthew Jordan, 40, of Amherst Street in Nashua on reckless conduct and motor vehicles; penalties charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving at a high rate of speed, on the opposite side of the road, and passing vehicles to evade police on Broad Street in Hollis on Sept. 23 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Jonathan Lambert, 37, of Mason Road in New Ipswich on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Main Street in Hollis on Feb. 12 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Juan A. Martinez, 69, of Bonny Street in Nashua on a felony theft or mislaid property charge. He was accused of retaining a stolen iPhone 14 and Otterbox, which he knew was lost or mislaid, in Hudson on Aug. 18.
Cesar Medina Morales, 32, of East Luzerne Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on second-degree assault, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner with a piece of clothing around her neck and possessing the drug on April 20 in Nashua. On May 1, Morales was accused of attempting to get the woman to testify falsely by contacting her and asking her to drop the charges in Nashua.
Emanuel Isaac Mendez, 34, of Wilton Road in Milford on seven felony endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent charges. He was accused of attempting to solicit sexual assault with a girl under 16 between Sept. 1, 2022, and Jan. 15 in Milford by writing her notes.
Anthony Monbleau, 32, incarcerated at the time of the indictment at the Merrimack County Jail, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender on Camp Sargent Road in Merrimack on May 17, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Thomas Carvel Murphy, 42, of Cambridge Road in Bedford on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Wire Road in Merrimack on Sept. 18 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
