Nashua Man Indicted On Gun Threat, Other Charges: Court

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Sean Hayward, 44, of Spalding Avenue in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocin charge on Sept. 1, 2021, in Nashua.

Dylan Humphrey, 30, of Pulpit Place in Nashua a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Oct. 7, 2021, in Nashua.

Joshua Lambert, 29, of Sugar Maker’s Way in Wilton on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited (fentanyl, and amphetamine and dextroamphetamine mix) charges on June 3, 2021, in Milford.

David Lamoureux, 33, of Mountain View Street in Nashua on receiving stolen property, felonious use of a firearm, and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited (methamphetamine and fentanyl) with intent to sell charges, all felonies. He was accused of being in possession of a Smith & Wesson M&P shield pistol while also possessing baggies of the drugs and a stolen Honda motorcycle on Oct. 6, 2021, in Nashua.

Natasha Laperle, 35, of Temple Street in Nashua on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges (amphetamine and dextroamphetamine mix, fentanyl, and meth) on Oct. 6, 2021, in Nashua.

Laforrest Littlefield, 58, of Highbridge Road in New Ipswich on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Route 101 in Milford after being deemed a habitual offender on Aug. 31, 2021.

Russell Lopez, 28, of Hartland Street in Reseda, California, on a felony possession of meth with intent to distribute charge on Sept. 27, 2021, in Nashua.

Tabitha Lopez, 38, of Pine Street in Manchester on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Oct. 7, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a drug charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in February 2010.

Brooke Lynch, 41, of Fordway Street in Derry on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges (fentanyl and cocaine) on Sept. 17, 2021, in Hudson.

Yandell Mateo, 21, of Fairmount Street in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges-marijuana, with intent to distribute charges on Sept. 14, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on acts prohibited in August 2021 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jon Michaud, 29, of Norton Street in Nashua on criminal threatening, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person and threatening them by saying, “I’ll f------ kill you, get off my property,” or words to that effect in Nashua on Oct. 28, 2021. Michaud is a felon due to a drug possession conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in November 2018.

Immanuel Miles, 36, of Berg Drive in Dolton, Illinois, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge. He was accused of uttering a forged prescription for promethazine-codeine at Walgreen’s in Nashua on Sept. 24, 2021.
