Merrimack Teen Indicted On Burglary, Stolen Handgun Charges: Court

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Vicky Tene, 47, of Fellsway in Medford, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Dec. 30, 2021, in Nashua.

Anthony Tidwell, 26, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 19, 2021, in Nashua.

Jason Tozier, 39, of Hurricane Hill Road in Greenville on reckless conduct-domestic violence and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of possessing a shotgun and firing two rounds in a home near his intimate partner on Dec. 9, 2021, in Mason. Previously, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in December 2008.

Miguel Alicea-Velasquez, 49, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties-habitual offender charge. He was accused by police of driving on Kinsley Street in Nashua on Jan. 31 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Aaron White, 44, of Rosecliff Drive in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Sept. 8, 2021, in Nashua.

Roddy White, 38, of Henriette Street in Manchester on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl with intent to distribute, and two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and methamphetamine, charges, all felonies. Police accused him of possessing metallic knuckles and drugs on Aug. 30, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, White was convicted of controlled substance distribution in Franklin MA District Court in February 2015.

Randy Widmer, 35, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine-subsequent offense on Dec. 4, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in February 2015.

David Calo, 44, of Bethel Street in Pelham on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges on Dec. 13, 2021, in Hudson.

Biron Carlson, 18, of Collins Avenue in Merrimack on burglary and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of burglarizing a Collins Avenue home in Merrimack on Nov. 20, 2021, and retaining a Springfield Armory XDS handgun.

Leann Cote, 50, of East Hollis Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Dec. 1, 2021, in Nashua.

Zachary Cote, 28, of St. Laurent Street in Nashua on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused by police of stealing a Bluetooth speaker system and selling it to Goodeed Electronics on July 6, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on previous theft and stolen property charges.

Jada Cruz, 21, of Water Street in Haverhill, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of working in concert with Jonelle Anderson and Kenya Ferrell, according to the indictment, in exercising control of more than $1,500 worth of Victoria’s Secret items on Aug. 17, 2021, in Nashua.
