NASHUA, NH — Michael Laverne Spencer, born 1967, of Tyler Street in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 9, 2020, on a criminal mischief charge.

Carlos J. Rosado Jr., born 1992, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 9 on two electronic bench warrants for nonappearance in court.

Juan Antonio Ascencio Rosario, born 1995, of Granite Street in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 9 on driving after revocation or suspension and driver's license prohibitions charges.

Thomas O'Reilly, born 1973, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 9 on domestic violence-stalking and breach of bail charges.

Erica T. Mayo, born 1981, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge on Jan. 9.
