Nashua Bank Robber Indicted
Plus, man indicted for drugs, DWI, Mass. residents face theft charges, and more rioters indicted.

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court in August:
David Quain, 53, of Conifer Street in Merrimack for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly making unauthorized withdrawals of more than $16,500 from a joint checking account.

Louis Quiles, 19, of Pine Street in Nashua, Eric Roman, 24, of Strawberry Bank Road in Nashua, Angel Santana, 20, of Gills Street, Rodolfo Santos, 25, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, Trivino Ullon, 20, of West Hollis Street in Nashua,
David Uribe, 22, of Vine Street in Nashua, and Joshua Valdes, 20, of Central Street in Nashua, for felony riot, after an incident on April 26, 2015, in Nashua.

Daniel Quinn, 47, of Atherton Avenue in Nashua, for felony armed robbery for allegedly using a knife to rob the St. Mary’s bank in Hudson on June 25, 2015.
Kerry Reidy, 38, of Crossroads Path in Merrimack, for felony theft by deception for allegedly issuing 21 business checks to herself under a false name the value of which was more than $1,500 between May 2013 and January 2015 in Merrimack.
Domenik Robinson, 22, of Allds Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of sale of cocaine on Aug. 19, Sept. 8, and Sept. 9, 2014, in Nashua.
Felipe Santana, 46, of Willow Street in Manchester, on three counts of felony sale of a narcotic drug (heroin) on April 21, April 22, and April 23, 2015, in Nashua.
George Sassman, 40, of Fox Hollow Way in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug. On April 18, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly was in possession of Adderall.
Jeffery Shepard, 34, of Patten Court in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug (diazepam) on May 15, 2015, in Nashua.
Barry Songer-Parker, 34, of Vaillancourt Drive in New Ipswich, for criminal liability for sale of a narcotic drug (cocaine), a felony. He allegedly aided Nathaniel Bennet by driving him to New Ipswich in order so that he could reportedly sell cocaine to an individual.
Thomas Smith, 33, of Chelmsford Street in Lowell, MA, for second-degree murder, two counts of witness tampering, and falsifying physical evidence in the Craig Guillemette case.
Jesse Sullivan, 34, of Peverly Road in Northfield, for two counts of felony possession of a narcotic drug, driving while intoxicated, and driving after suspension. On June 1, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly was driving on Amherst Street while under the influence of drugs. Police also allegedly found him in possession of cocaine and fentanyl.
Anthony Thammalangsy, 23, of South Whipple Street in Lowell, MA, for felony theft by deception for allegedly pawning more than $1,500 worth of jewelry.
James Travis, 46, of Sullivan Road in Hudson, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving in Hudson on June 6, 2015, after already being deemed a habitual offender in April 1994.
Juan Velazquez III, 20, of A Street in Hudson, for falsifying physical evidence, a felony, and disobeying an officer, after an incident in Nashua on May 27, 2015.
Keith W. Woodworth, 27, of Stevens Street in Stoneham, MA, for two counts of felony theft by deception. On May 19, and May 21, 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly obtained plumbing equipment by charging the items to a corporate account that he did not have authorization to charge.
Brittany Zagarella, 22, of High Plain Avenue in Andover, MA, for two felony counts of criminal liability for theft by unauthorized taking. On April 30, and May 18, 2015, in Nashua, she allegedly assisted Jonathan Alberto in stealing from Sears and Lowes by driving him to the stores.
