A Nashua man was arrested Thursday and charged with raping a woman.
james Mulligan, 46, of 25 Congress St., Apt. 25, was charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Police said on April 16 they received a report that Mulligan raped a woman he knew.

Mulligan was released on $25,000 bail pending an arraignment June 4, police said.
