Nashua Man Charged With Aggravated DUI: Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Kenneth Mitchell Wright, born 1963, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, was arrested on May 27, 2019, on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court charge.

Benjamin T. Sherman, born 1990, of Chandler Street in Nashua, was arrested on May 26, on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

Antonio James Maddox, born 1965, of Quincy Street in Nashua, was arrested on May 25, on a theft by deception-less than $1,000 charge.

Francisco J. Garcia, born 1991, of New Dunstable Road in Nashua, was arrested on May 24, on two electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court, a driving after revocation or suspension charge, and a driver’s license prohibition violation.

Damion N. Segall, born 1990, of High Street in Milford, was arrested on May 24, and charged with driving under the influence and driving under the influence-adult more than 0.08.

Matthew P. Brady, born 1994, of Nancy Court in Nashua, was arrested on May 7, and charged with aggravated driving under the influence – 0.16+, driving under the influence, and disobeying an officer.

Charles Boccello, born 1978, of Princeton Street in Newmarket, was arrested on May 6, on a driving under the influence charge.

Carlos T. Machado, born 1962, of Scripture Street in Nashua, was arrested on May 6, on an operating without a valid license charge.
