Nashua Man Stole $10K+ from Grandmother, Police Say
Christopher Dornhofer, 25, of 181 Concord St., was charged with felony-level theft and check forgery.

Nashua police on Monday charged a 25-year-old city man with stealing more than $10,000 from his grandmother.
Christopher Dornhofer, of 181 Concord St., was charged with felony-level theft and three counts of check forgery.
Police said on Feb. 21, the grandmother—who lives with Dornhofer—called police and said someone stole her checks and cashed them for more than $10,000 at various banks. Police said they launched an investigation and determined Dornhofer was responsible.

He was held on $2,500 bail pending an arraignment Tuesday.
