Nashua Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Juvenile
Police arrested Noel Cady this morning after a juvenile alleged he was sexually assaulting them for several years.

NASHUA, NH — A local man faces up to 20 years in prison after being accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile in Nashua, according to police. Noel Cady, 26, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on May 22, 2019, and charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern sexual assault, a special felony. The morning before Cady’s arrest, according to police, a juvenile met with police to report being sexually assaulted “over several years” at a local home.
Detectives worked to further the investigation into the allegation, said Lt. Robert Page of the special investigations division of the Nashua Police Department.
“As a result of their investigation, a warrant was issued for the crime,” he noted, “and Cady was located and placed under arrest.”

Cady was released on $10,000 cash or surety bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on June 6.
A special felony carries up to 20 years in state prison plus fines, according to Page.
