Nashua Man Charged With Strangulation, Threat, And Assault, Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Everett James Rice, 32, of Vespa Lane in Nashua, as arrested on a capias warrant on Feb. 15, 2025.

Rodney Joseph, 22, of Beacon Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 15 on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

Walter Anthony Templeton, 18, of Litchfield Road in Londonderry, was arrested on an out-of-town warrant on Feb. 14. According to Londonderry police, he was arrested on stalking and three harassment charges.

KC Decastro, 28, of Brook Village Road in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 14 on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

Raul Bos Olavarria, 39, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 14 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge.

Kristin C. Snyder, 36, of Vine Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 13 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.

Carroll Brion Michael Jr., 46, of Franconia Drive in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 13 on a driving under the influence charge.

Keagan Gingras, 29, of Wilder Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 13 on second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation, second-degree assault-strangulation, domestic violence-false imprisonment, criminal threatening, and eight domestic violence-simple assault charges.

Julio A. Gomez, 60, of Burnham Road in Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested on Feb. 13 on driving after revocation or suspension and operating without a valid license charges as well as unregistered motor vehicle and misuse of plates violations.

Christopher Albert Rosati, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 13 on a criminal trespass charge.

Scott A. McDougald, 75, of Dartmouth Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 13 on 10 child sexual abuse image; buy, etc. charges.

Douglas C. Boggs, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 11 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges.

Riley Taylor, 35, of Orange Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 10 on criminal trespass, two simple assault, and three resisting arrest or detention charges.

Esther Masioli, 66, of Belmont Avenue in Lowell, MA, was arrested on Dec. 11, 2024, on an operating without a valid license charge.

Kimberly Anne Wilson, 32, of East Pearl Street in Nashua, was arrested on Dec. 11 on an operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge as well as two electronic bench warrants for nonappearance in court.

Maria Louise Dacoasta, 58, of Mason Street in Nashua, was arrested on Dec. 11 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge.

Amy L. Lefebvre, 42, of Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 11 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge.

Edgar O. Cruz, 43, of Amherst Street in Nashua, was arrested on two domestic violence-simple assault charges on Feb. 11.
