Mass. Man Indicted On Merrimack Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Londonderry teen indicted on drug dealing charge; Nashua woman faces arson indictments; felon indicted on hatchet threat charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

James Francis Dale III, 44, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2020 Big-Tex trailer owned by North and South Construction in Hudson on May 24, 2023.

Christopher Damata, 31, of Plainfield Avenue in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, on second-degree assault, two aggravated felonious sexual assault, and four attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping, trying to rape, and strangling a woman on July 10, 2022, in Merrimack.

Peter De Jesus Guilfu, 33, of Marshall Street in Nashua, on a felony operation after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Ferry Street in Hudson on April 2 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in November 2020.

Trevonn Elijah Dilworth, 19, of Auburn Road in Londonderry, on a felony possession of a marijuana with intent to distribute charge. He was accused of possessing 200 grams of marijuana edibles and 6.5 ounces of marijuana in Hudson on Jan. 4.

Mary Jane Nadeau, 42, of Railroad Square in Nashua, on two felony arson charges. She was accused of lighting bedding and a curtain on fire at Railroad Square on May 25.

William Newman, 25, of Cox Street in Nashua, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a 2005 GMC pickup truck on Silver Lake Road in Hollis on May 31 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Newman was also reportedly out on bail on a habitual offender charge at the time of the incident.

Riley Paletta, 26, of no fixed address in Nashua, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, cocaine, para-fluorofentanyl mix and fentanyl, charges, on Feb. 12 in Nashua. He was previously convicted on acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2023.

Barion Perry, 45, of no fixed address in Nashua, on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a hatchet and criminal threatening charges. He was accused of threatening another person by swinging the weapon and stopping before making contact on May 6, 2023, in Nashua.

Everett Rice, 32, of Vespa Lane in Nashua, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of entering the Subway on Coliseum Avenue in Nashua on Jan. 26.

Craig Riley, 51, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Broad Street in Nashua on Aug. 8, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by NH DMV in December 2003.
