Nashua Man Indicted On Domestic Violence Gun Charge: Court Roundup

Woman indicted on DWI, other charges after Merrimack crash; Pelham man indicted on reckless conduct charge; felon faces crossbow charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jeremmy Lasso a.k.a. Jeremmy Lasso Ojeda, 24, of Tolles Street in Nashua on a felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of pointing a firearm at an intimate partner in an effort to terrorize on July 26 in Nashua.

Steven Lawson, 42, of Hunt Street in Nashua on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a loaded pistol crossbow on April 19 in Nashua. Lawson is a felon due to a burglary conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in March 2003.

Don Little, 39, of Rumford Street in Concord on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 3 in Nashua. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted on a drug charge in December 2020 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Robert Marrotte, 78, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing money from another person’s bank account in Nashua between April 10 and May 11.

Teresa Martel, 56, of Beech Street in Manchester on two aggravated driving while intoxicated, two reckless conduct, and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. She was accused of driving on the Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack on June 23 into oncoming traffic, causing a crash with injuries, while intoxicated.

Matthew Meaney, 28, of Glenside Drive in Pelham on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of pulling onto the steering wheel of a 2015 Nissan Versa, while an intimate partner was driving, and causing the vehicle to flip on July 16 in Hudson.

Sarah Merrill, 33, of Dakota Drive in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on April 21 in Hudson.
