Nashua Man Indicted On Manslaughter, Negligent Homicide Charges: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Ryan Nadeau, 34, of Gorman Avenue in Nashua on negligent homicide and manslaughter charges, both felonies. He was accused of leaving fentanyl in an area where a child could gain access to it and did and died between Feb. 27 and Feb. 28, 2023, in Nashua.

Riley Paletta, 25, of Melba Drive in Hudson on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and four controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing fentanyl and methamphetamine on Nov. 19, 2023, and Nov. 27, 2023, and metallic knuckles on Dec. 28, 2023, in Nashua. Paletta was previously convicted of acts prohibited in June 2023 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South and is a felon due to an acts prohibited conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in August 2018.

Nicholas Palmer, 39, of Blackstone Drive in Hudson on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, meth and alprazolam, on Dec. 19, 2023, in Hudson.

Steven Paquet, 27, of Brown Road in Groveton on possession of fentanyl and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and retaining a stolen Subaru in Merrimack on Oct. 30, 2023. Michael Perez, 35, of Varney Street in Manchester on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of filing dual claims for damage to a vehicle to two insurance companies on March 30, 2022, in Nashua.

Benjamin Pierce, 21, of South Main Street in Franklin on three felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of fondling a girl and having the girl fondle him between Feb. 29, 2016, and March 1, 2018, in Merrimack.
