Elderly Man Indicted On Felonious Sexual Assault Charge: Court
Plus: Nashua, Hudson drug indictments; Milford teen indicted on rape charges; Dover man faces numerous indecent exposure, computer charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Juan Mejia, 56, of Congress Street in Nashua on three controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charges. He was accused of possessing the drugs on July 29 and Dec. 10, 2020, and Sept. 15, 2021, in Nashua. According to the indictment, Mejia was previously convicted in August 2020 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Noah Miller, 19, of Powers Street in Milford on two felony pattern-aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a child, forcing the child to touch his penis, and threatening to break the child’s arms if they did not touch him between Jan. 1, 2018, and March 26, 2021, in Milford.

Richard McManus, 69, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of touching a child’s bare buttocks on Sept. 16, 2021, in Nashua.
Steven Oswald, 46, of Holbrook Drive in Nashua on felonious use of firearms, receiving stolen property-a Ruger .45 semi-automatic handgun, and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocin and methamphetamine charges, all felonies, on July 18, 2020, in Nashua.

Riley Paletta, 23, of Melba Drive in Hudson on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and amphetamine-Adderall charges on July 5, 2021, in Nashua.
Charles Parkhurst, 58, of Norton Street in Nashua on a felony possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell charge. He was accused of possessing about 7.6 grams of the drug on Oct. 18, 2021, in Nashua.
Matthew Perry, 38, of Lock Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Sept. 14, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in May 2019 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Louis Pilat, 24, of Marie Lane in Hudson on a felony felon in possession charge, a pocket knife, on Sept. 26, 2012, in Hudson. According to the indictment, Pilat was convicted in June 2016 on felony possession of child sexual abuse images and was out on bail on felony DWI and reckless conduct charges.
Beth Pilotte, 37, of Barr Street in Manchester on a felony forgery charge. She was accused of uttering a check for $1,880.15 from the account of Logico Properties that was not approved on Dec. 22, 2020, in Nashua.
Paul Plouffe, 37, of Tyngsboro Road in Dracut, Massachusetts, on theft by unauthorized taking and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check from another person’s account for more than $1,500 on Feb. 27, 2021, in Hudson.
Claude Plourde, 58, of Mulberry Street in Nashua on first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of stabbing another person on Aug. 13, 2021, in Nashua.
Jason Pry, 46, of Mast Road in Dover on certain uses of computer services prohibited and four indecent exposure or lewdness charges, all felonies. He was accused of sending photos of his erect penis and videos of himself, pleasuring himself, to a person he thought was a girl on KIK between May 26 and Aug. 1, 2021, in Nashua.
