Nashua Man Indicted On Multiple Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Victor Enriquez-Marin, 42, of Nagle Street in Nashua on four felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of raping an intimate partner between Sept. 4, and Sept. 5, 2019; Dec. 1 and Jan. 31, 2019; Jan. 1 and Jan. 31, 2022; and Oct. 1, and Nov. 1, 2022, in Nashua.

Anthony Michel, 20, of Amherst Street in Nashua on a felony riot charge. He was accused of engaging with others, including Vincent Falcone to confront and tackle another person on Feb. 7 in Nashua, according to the indictment. James McCarter, 69, of Palm Street in Nashua on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a woman on Feb. 28 in Nashua.

Corey Oak, 21, of Central Street in Hudson on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of placing another person in danger with a crossbow and discharging it inside a Hudson home between Dec. 21 and Dec. 22, 2022.

Carlos Pimental, 52, of Lowell Road in Hudson on a possession of methamphetamine charge on Jan. 6 in Hudson.

Wesley Adan Quiroz, 22, of Caldwell Road in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of brandishing a gun and pointing it at another person and saying, “F--- this … I got something for you and your f------ sander” after a collision in Nashua on March 14.

Erick Reyes, 28, of Vieckis Drive in Nashua on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of adding a 1 to a check for $4,330, making it $14,330, drawn from another person’s account on May 31, 2022, in Nashua.
