Bedford Man Indicted On Attempted Child Sexual Assault Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Nashua teen indicted on riot charge; pair from Lawrence accused of fentanyl sale; Lowell man indicted on conduct after crash charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Auri Diaz, 23, of Springfield Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony count criminal liability for the conduct of another-sale of a controlled drug. Also indicted was Daurys Diaz, 24, also of Springfield Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony count possession of fentanyl with intent to sell or dispense. The charges were connected to an incident on St. Laurent Street on March 15, involving an agent of the Nashua police.

A. Joseph Dion, 53, of Colonel Daniels Drive in Bedford on a felony count of attempted felonious sexual assault. He was accused of trying to entice a person he thought was a child on Grindr and Kik, on Sept. 11, 2019, to meet him for sex in Lincoln Park in Nashua.

Kyle Doherty, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of possessing a TD Bank debit card, owned by another person, on July 18, 2022, in Nashua. According to the indictment, twice before, Doherty was convicted on stolen property charges in December 2011 and June 2013 in Nashua District Court.

Vincent Falcone, 18, of Forge Drive in Nashua on a felony riot charge. He was accused of working in concert with Eduardo Valdes, Anthony Michel, and others, to chase down a man and assaulting him on Feb. 7 in Nashua. Mark Garneau, 61, with a last known address of Ash Street in Nashua, on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Nov. 21, 2022, in Hudson. At the time, the indictment said, he was out on bail.

Peter J. Hartwell, 47, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 11 in Nashua.

Joseph King, 30, of Gambia Street in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Feb. 16 in Nashua. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted on a charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in December 2018.

Courtney Lavalle, 25, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 24 in Nashua.

Jesus Lopez, 30, of Ennell Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony conduct after an accident charge. He was accused of being involved in a collision with personal injury and not reporting information to the police in Nashua on Jan. 28.
