Sandown Man Indicted On Merrimack Rape Charge: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Johnny Oriol, 42, of Pine Grove Avenue in Nashua on attempted felonious sexual assault and certain uses of computer services prohibited charges, both felonies. He was accused of using WhatsApp to solicit a child for sexual assault who was actually a police officer between Jan. 17 and Feb. 7 in Nashua and then accused of agreeing to meet with the person he thought was a child in Nashua on Feb. 7. Lucyann Otero, 36, of Maple Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Hudson on Sept. 23. Twice before, according to the indictment, Otero was convicted on theft charges.

William Ormon, 63, of Lantern Lane in Dracut, Massachusetts, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pulling a knife on another person and saying, “I will kill you,” or words to that effect on July 13 in Pelham.

Brent Prescott, 65, of Concord Stage Road in Weare on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, oxycodone and methamphetamine, charges, inside of a vehicle in Milford on Jan. 20.

Joseph Racca, 34, of Gillette Drive in Londonderry on four possession of narcotics and two possession of controlled drugs charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing amphetamine, buprenorphine, alprazolam, and oxycodone pills in Nashua on Nov. 10, 2021.

Angel F. Ramirez, 65, of Eleventh Street in Nashua on two felony counts of felonious sexual assault-pattern. He was accused of raping and fondling a child in Nashua between October 2018 and December 2020. Erick Reyes, 28, of Kingston Court in Merrimack on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $13,856 from another person in Pelham on May 31.

Zachary Richards, 32, of Metacomet Drive in Sandown on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a woman in Merrimack on June 26.

Corey Riel, 25, of Radcliffe Drive in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Sept. 14 in Hudson.

Manuel Rodriguez-Figueroa, 45, of Temple Street in Nashua on robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery charges. He was accused of acting in concert with Jonathan Vargas to steal property — drugs and money, from another person on Aug. 27 in Nashua. Vargas was accused of striking the victim with a hammer.
