Nashua Man Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Images, Other Charges: Court

Woman accused of striking bicyclist while driving, leaving the scene; drug indictments; contractor accused of taking $4K, not doing work.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Nicole Gaudette, 43, of no fixed address in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and discarding a small plastic baggie in order to impede an investigation on Feb. 1 in Nashua.

Michael Gifford, 53, of Nevada Street in Nashua on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Dec. 1, 2021, and felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-para-fluorofentanyl charge on Jan. 20 in Nashua.

Lee Louis Gonyer, 28, of Youngs Crossing Road in Pelham on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of attempting to get a woman not to show up to court on Jan. 1 in Pelham.

Thomas Greeley, 38, of Main Street in Hampstead on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of agreeing to provide construction services for a Nashua woman after receiving $4,000 in funds on Oct. 26, 2020, and then failing to do the work or reimburse the victim.

Tyler Greenleaf, 28, of Derry Road in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Feb. 15 in Nashua. At the time, according to the indictment, he was previously convicted in superior court.

Justin Hart, 23, of Elm Street in Northfield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising unauthorized control over a woman's 2010 Toyota RAV4 in Nashua, and driving it to the state of Maine, on March 14, 2021.

Lorena Maria Garcia Hernandez, 38, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony conduct after an accident charge. She was accused of driving into a bicyclist on Dec. 7, 2021, in Nashua and failing to stop or give information to police.

Noah Hesse, 24, of Brook Village Road in Nashua on two counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images, certain uses of computer services prohibited, two counts of indecent exposure and lewdness, and two counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was accused of possessing images, and attempting to entice and sending photos of his genitalia to an undercover police officer posing as a child. Adam Kulas, 40, of no fixed address in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, two counts of accomplice to theft by unauthorized taking, and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. He was accused of attempting to steal electrical wire from Home Depot in Nashua on Feb. 2 with the intent of reselling it and being in possession of the drugs. According to the indictment, Kulas has previously been convicted on theft and drug charges.
