Nashua, Merrimack Residents Rounded Up By Narcotics Division

NASHUA, NH — Nashua police, as part of the department's ongoing efforts to deal with illegal drugs in the community, arrested six people on various charges Wednesday. The arrests were coordinated by the department's Narcotics Intelligence Division and the Problem Oriented Policing Unit after "the conclusion of extensive investigations" into drug distribution in the city, according Lt. Robert Page of the Nashua Police Department.

Arrested were:

• Dinah Cross, 37, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on a felony acts prohibited-sale of heroin-second offense charge.
• Andrew Martines, 32, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on a felony criminal liability to conduct of another-acts prohibited-sale of heroin charge.
• Daniel MacPhee, 66, of Mullikin Road in Merrimack, on two felony counts of acts prohibited-sale of marijuana charges.
• Harold Sherman, 58, of Gray Avenue in Nashua, on a felony acts prohibited-common nuisances charge.
• William Willhoite, 52, of Kingston Drive in Nashua on a felony acts prohibited-manufacture marijuana.
• Patrick Peryer, 30, of Parker Street in Manchester, on two acts prohibited-sale of methamphetamine-second offense charges.

All six individuals were released on personal recognizance bail and are due in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Jan. 23.
