Concord Men Arrested On Drunken Driving Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Brenda L. Goodwin, born 2000, of Epsom, was arrested at 12:51 a.m. on Sept. 3, 2019, on two bench warrants. She was arrested in the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Seth Griffiths Beyer, born 1995, of an unknown address, was arrested at 4:36 p.m. on Aug. 31, on two warrants and a bench warrant. He was arrested on the Washington Street/North End area of the city.

Juan Miguel Batista III, born 1994, of an unknown address, was arrested at 11:53 a.m. on Aug. 30, on a warrant at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Corey D. McKay, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 7:26 a.m. on Aug. 28, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street. McKay was arrested again at 12:40 a.m. on Aug. 29, on a bench warrant at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Christopher Lee Faulkner, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. on Aug. 27, on a warrant as well as a possession of a controlled drug charge on Burns Avenue.

Harold Sherman, born 1961, of Nashua, was arrested at 10:01 p.m. on Aug. 25, on forgery, theft by deception-$1,501+, and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges after an incident at the Bank of New Hampshire on North Main Street.

Harley D. Hausch, born 1994, of Contoocook, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on Aug. 25, on aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-second offense, and driving after revocation or suspension charges after a crash on Pleasant Street near the federal courthouse.

Mwamba Kizungu, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. on Aug. 24, and charged with DUI, DUI-adult greater than 0.08, and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as an open container violation on Loudon Road.

Kaleb Ferland, born 1991, of Wilmot, was arrested at 10:01 a.m. on Aug. 22, on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges at Riverbend on Basin Street.
