Accused Nashua Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup
Merrimack man indicted for indecent exposure; Milford man accused of using truck as a deadly weapon; Derry, Hudson, men face drug charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Joshua Shea, 29, of Bluebird Terrace in Lowell, Massachusetts, on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. He's accused of uttering a check purported to be issued by Olde Patriot Title & Closing Services on July 18, 2019, in Hudson, when no such check had been issued.
Harold Sherman, 58, of Chandler Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing merchandise from Walgreens on Main Street in Nashua on Feb. 1 after previously being convicted on theft charges in August 2009 and May 2015.

Aaron Sisto, 22, of Lock Street in Nashua, on four counts of sale of a controlled drug-buprenorphine, fentanyl, and a single count of possession of a controlled drug-heroin with intent to distribute, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents in Nashua on June 17, July 8, July 12, and July 29.
Marion Smith, 43, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking after being accused of stealing items from JCPenney on May 11, and May 12. Previously, she was convicted of theft in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in August 2005.

Paige Smith, 24, of Baker Street in Hudson, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Aug. 7 in Nashua.
Sean Stayman, 31, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth charge on Aug. 6 in Nashua.
Leo Taylor, 38, of Mason Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine charge on July 14 in Nashua.
John Ternullo, 43, of Warner Hill Road in Derry, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth charge on June 17 in Nashua.
Thomas Tetreault, 55, of Lincoln Street in Lowell, MA, on possession of a controlled drug-oxycodone, falsifying physical evidence, and attempted falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He's accused of swallowing drugs on Aug. 21 in Nashua to impair an investigation.
Jacob Thomas, 26, of Lynn Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on May 22 in Milford.
Timothy Townsend, 48, of Temple Street in Nashua, on duty to inform and duty to report charges, both felonies. He's accused of failing to notify police of a new address and a temporary address on Aug. 19 in Nashua. He was convicted of felonious sexual assault in Belknap County Superior Court in May 1996 and aggravated felonious sexual assault in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2009. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of duty to report in February 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Kevin Webster, 61, of Tyler Street in Nashua, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, tramadol, ketamine charge on May 10 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug: acts prohibited in May 2016 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Matthew Weeks, 34, of Georgetown Drive in Milford, on a felony first-degree assault charge. He's accused of using a pickup truck as a deadly weapon and driving it into another person causing injuries on July 21 in Milford.
Tammie Woodward, 38, of Lowell Street in Manchester, on a felony identity fraud charge. She's accused of submitting applications for credit at Kohl's, Through the Country Door, and JCPenney while using another person's information on Feb. 12, 2018, in Nashua.
