Nashua Man Indicted On Stolen Car Parts Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Manchester man indicted on Litchfield gun theft charge; Greenville man accused of possessing stolen laptop; drug indictment.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Matthew Simonson, 38, of Adams Street in Greenville on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining an Apple laptop that he believed to have been stolen on Aug. 11, 2022, in Greenville.
Daniel Wayne, 45, of Blackstone Drive in Nashua on receiving stolen property and conduct after an accident charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining Subaru rims and Bridgestone tires from Granite Subaru in Nashua, causing a crash with injury on North 2nd Street on Jan. 18, and not leaving information with the injured party or police.

Christopher Webber, 25, of Concord Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a Glock 23 handgun that he knew had probably been stolen in Litchfield on Nov. 18, 2022.
Christian Wolhok, 33, of Sullivan Street in Keene on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Nashua on Jan. 13. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Cheshire County Superior Court in April 2022.
