Celina Moynihan, 22, of Rochester, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. on March 21, 2018, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+, aggravated DUI – passenger under 16, DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, and endangering the welfare of a child. She was arrested on Old Dover Road in Rochester.

Alan Dziob, 37, of Berlin, CT, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on March 22, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-95 North in Hampton.

Deborah Merritt, 52, of Troy, NY, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. on March 22, 2018, on a warrant. She was arrested on Route 101 near Route 27 in Hampton.

Kelly Nix, 22, of Belmont, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on March 21, 2018, for DUI, reckless operation, and possession of controlled drug-cocaine on Route 16 South in Rochester near the tollbooth.

Anthony Loch, 32, of Fremont, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. on March 21, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension on Route 101 West in Exeter.

Teague Devoll, 22, of Lebanon, ME, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on March 21, 2018, for speeding – 16-20 mph over 65 limit, possession of a controlled drug, and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on I-95 South in Greenland.

Samantha Murray, 27, of Rochester, was arrested at 3:44 a.m. on March 18, 2018, for DUI and DUI – adult greater than 0.08 on Route 16 South in Portsmouth.

Alexander Balkam, 18, of Rochester, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. on March 19, 2018, for controlled drug; control premises where drugs kept. Also charged were Kim Leary, 45, of Milton Mills, and Andrew Gagnon, 41, of Milton Mills, both for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine. They were arrested on Route 75 West in Milton.

David Hall, 34, of Seabrook, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. on March 17, 2018, for habitual offender and disobeying an officer on Route 16 South in Portsmouth.

Kristi Clement, 27, of Somersworth, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on March 17, 2018, for DUI on Route 16 South in Dover.

Edward Pendergast, 58, of Marlborough, MA, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. on March 17, 2018, for DUI on Route 107 in Seabrook.

Hope Jacobs, 55, of Cape Neddick, ME, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on March 16, 2018, for DUI and open container on I-95 North in Portsmouth.

John Miller, 47, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on March 22, 2018, for DUI on I-93 North in Windham.

Robert Johansen, 59, of Nashua, was arrested for driving after revocation or suspension at 12:03 p.m. on March 22, 2018, on I-93 North in Manchester.

Jose Maldonado, 33, of Windsor, CT, was arrested at 8:14 p.m. on March 21, 2018, for reckless operation on I-93 North in Manchester.

Marco Bianchi, 64, of North Chelmsford, MA, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. on March 21, 2018, for DUI on the Everett Turnpike North in Nashua.

Christopher Caron, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. on March 20, 2018, on a bench warrant on the Everett Turnpike South near Exit 2 in Nashua.

Christopher Wenrich, 23, of Greenfield, was arrested at 8:51 p.m. on March 19, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack.

Lily Nudel, 20, of Woodbridge, CT, was arrested at 1 p.m. on March 18, 2018, for transportation of alcohol by a minor and unlawful possession/intoxication.

Charles Hobbs, 26, in Manchester, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. on March 18, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension on the Everett Turnpike South in Bedford. He was arrested again about an hour later on the same charge on I-293 North in Manchester.

Olaoluwa Talabi, 34, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on March 18, 2018, for aggravated DUI – 30 mph+, DUI – second or third, and DUI on the Everett Turnpike North in Nashua.

Sheri Ahmad-Kahloon, 54, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on March 17, 2018, for DUI and DUI – adult greater than 0.08 on the Everett Turnpike South in Nashua.

Gregory Ravanis, 37, of Pelham, was arrested at 10 a.m. on March 16, 2018, for DUI on the Everett Turnpike North in Nashua.

Joseph Leblanc, 35, of Manchester, was arrested at 9 a.m. on March 17, 2018, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on I-93 North at the Bow Junction.

Nicholas Ryder, 30, of Keene, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on March 17, 2018, for DUI and speeding – 11-15 mph over 55 limit on Marlboro Street in Keene.

Kellom Royce, 25, of Surry, was arrested at 7:30 a.m. on March 17, 2018, for DUI on Route 10 in Gilsum.

Christopher Avery, 27, of Goshen, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on March 17, 2018, for aggravated DUI – attempt to elude police, disobeying an officer, uninspected vehicle, driving after revocation or suspension, and suspension of registration on Sunapee Street in Newport.

Nina Daniels, 37, of North Springfield, VT, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on March 17, 2018, for DUI – second or third and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent.

Kevin Hull, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on March 17, 2018, for violation of a protective order. He was arrested on Route 28 in Wolfeboro.

Melissa Bigler, 36, of Laconia, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on March 17, 2018, for DUI and yellow/solid line violation.

Bradley Andros, 39, of North Conway, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on March 18, 2018, for aggravated DUI – 30 mph+ in Conway.

Nicholas Vacca, 22, of Medway, MA, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. on March 17, 2018, on two counts of DUI, speeding – 11-15 mph over 70 limit, and open container. He was arrested on I-93 in Campton.

Kyle Sanville, 24, of Seabrook, was arrested at 7 p.m. on March 21, 2018, for aggravated DUI – 16 mph+ and DUI on Fowler River Road in Alexandria.

Brenda Moran, 56, of Rumney, was arrested at 10 p.m. on March 17, 2018, on two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, criminal threatening, and two counts of simple assault on Groton Hollow Road in Rumney.
