Nashua Woman Charged With Multiple Domestic Assault Counts
Nashua Police charged Jessica Parker with assault, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, early Sunday morning.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua woman is facing disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and multiple domestic assault charges stemming from Nashua Police's response to an apartment for a loud noise complaint in the middle of the night on Sunday. Jessica Parker, 35, has been charged with six counts of assault, including Class A felony threatening with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment.
Nashua Police said they responded to the noise complaint at about 3 a.m. on Sunday and determined Parker had assaulted a female known to her. She was charged with one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and one count of misdemeanor resisting detention. Upon investigation, Nashua Police added one charge of Class B felony domestic threatening with a deadly weapon, two counts of Class B felony second-degree domestic assault, two counts of Class A misdemeanor domestic violence simple assault, one count of Class A misdemeanor simple assault and one count of Class A misdemeanor false imprisonment.
Police said the victim sustained minor injuries and declined medical treatment.

Parker did not receive bail and was scheduled for arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Parker was previously charged in armed gas station robbery in Merrimack in 2015. According to the 2015 Merrimack Police report, they responded to a call about a robbery at the Gulf station on Continental Boulevard, with a suspect brandishing a handgun and demanding cash.

The store clerk refused to give up any money and an altercation ensued.
