Nashua Woman Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Nashua man indicted on strangulation charge; woman indicted on meth sale charges; PA man accused of writing $36,797 check in his own name.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Thomas Michael Ambrogio, 37, of Mercury Lane in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2022, in Nashua.

Yovely Basora, 28, of Clocktower Place in Nashua on two felony domestic violence-criminal threatening charges. She was accused of threatening a former intimate partner by pointing a firearm at his head on March 20 in Nashua.

Jessica Berube, 37, of Lock Street in Nashua on three felony sale of a narcotic drug-subsequent charges-methamphetamine on Dec. 21, 2023, Jan. 12, and Jan. 22 to a member of the Nashua Police Department. Previously, she was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in November 2023.

Isaac Colon, 22, of New Dunstable Road in Nashua on reckless conduct and two aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, all felonies. He was accused of drunken driving on Sherburne Road in Pelham and causing an accident with serious bodily injury to two other people on Jan. 20.

Juwan Carter, 34, of Woodward Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of depriving Red Brick Clothing of a check and $36,797 by signing his name on the check and cashing it on Oct. 28, 2022, in Hudson.

Brian Bolyard, 28, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising unauthorized control of a 2013 BMW X3 on March 26 in Nashua.
