Mass. Man Indicted On Strangulation Charge: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup

Felon indicted on weapon, cocaine dealing charges; Hudson stalker faces new stalking count; Mass. man indicted on Merrimack drug charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Matthew Allard, 38, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 27 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Rochester District Court in September 2011.

Kerlen Rodrigues Andrade, 23, of Converse Avenue in Malden, Massachusetts, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on May 8 in Nashua.

Glenn Beaulieu, 52, of Pleasant Street in Nashua on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine with intent to distribute and cocaine, and two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs, brass knuckles, and a hidden belt fixed blade knife on May 11 in Nashua. Beaulieu was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in July 2022.

Jessica Berube, 36, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on April 13 in Nashua.

Frederick Blais, 48, of Central Street in Hudson on a felony stalking-domestic violence charge. He was accused of violating a protective order on May 15 on Central Street in Nashua after being convicted on a stalking charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South previously.

Raymond Brown, 45, of no fixed address in Nashua on a possession of meth charge on March 28 in Nashua.

Christopher Robertson, 39, of Windsor Drive in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and concealing hypodermic needles and a scale with cocaine on it to impair a Merrimack police investigation on March 22.

Garrett Roe, 20, of Burgess Street in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening a woman with a utility knife-box cutter on March 22 in Nashua.

Miguel Saez, 58, of Chandler Street in Nashua on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and two burglary charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing the Yoma Food Market in Nashua and the residence above the business on July 6, 2021. The drug possession charge was from March 28 in Nashua.
