Merrimack Man Indicted On Reckless Conduct Gun Charge: Superior Court
Nashua man indicted on second-degree assault charges; Loudon felon indicted on knife possession charge; Mass. woman faces theft charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Craig Carter, 47, of Elm Street in Manchester on seven controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine, fentanyl, crack cocaine, buprenorphine-hydrochloride, alprazolam, amphetamine, and clonazepam, charges, all felonies on Feb. 21 in Merrimack.
Davien Chasse, 31, of Maple Street in Manchester on falsifying physical evidence and possession of heroin charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and concealing the bag of drugs to impair an investigation on July 28, 2021, in Nashua.

Starcia Lynn Cockett, 29, of Second Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of placing an intimate partner in danger by grabbing the steering wheel of a vehicle from the front passenger seat causing it to leave its travel lane on Feb. 8 in Merrimack.
Isaac Colon, 20, of New Dunstable Road in Nashua on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of acting in concert with Marcus Ndlovu by striking a victim in the face and head causing a bruised face and orbital blowout fracture on May 29, 2020, in Nashua, according to the indictment.

Oscar Chavarin Cortez, 32, of Gilman Street in Nashua on possession of cocaine and identity fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and obtaining a woman’s Pennsylvania driver’s license number without her authorization to assume her license on April 13 in Hudson.
Joshua Davis, 40, of Range Road in Loudon on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, a large hunting knife, charge, on March 1 in Nashua. He is a felon due to a conviction in July 2018 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
William Dominquez, 40, of Mary Barchelder Road in Hampton on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methylenedioxyamphetamine, charge on Nov. 21, 2021, in Nashua.
Kenya Ferrell, 29, of Briarwood Court in North Andover, Massachusetts, on three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of acting in concert with Jonelle Anderson to steal more than $1,500 in items from Victoria’s Secret in Nashua on Sept. 20, and Oct. 9, 2021, and other retail stores in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Steven Fleury, 42, of Progress Avenue in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine, charge on March 31 in Nashua.
Jason Hardy, 44, of London Court in Merrimack on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a round from a Glock 19 handgun inside an apartment where the round traveled through walls and hallways on March 18.
