Suspect Charged with Lying to Judge in Nashua
Michael Martinez, 23, of 49 Gaston St., Methuen, Mass., was arrested Monday.

A Nashua man was charged with lying to a judge about his arrest history.
Michael Martinez, 23, of 49 Gaston St., Methuen, Mass., was arrested Monday.
Police said in January, he told a judge during a hearing related to his criminal threatening conviction that he had not been arrested. Good behavior was a condition of his suspended sentence. Police said they then learned Martinez was arrested in Lawrence, Mass. in March for disorderly conduct and again in April in Methuen for larceny.

Martinez was held on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment Tuesday.
