• Peterborough approves new water and sewer rate structure (ledgertranscript.com) — Peterborough residents and businesses will see a new water and sewer billing structure starting Oct. 1, with higher fixed fees by meter size and a single per-cubic-foot rate that favors low-use customers and larger commercial users. The Select Board also outlined next steps on selling the contaminated South Well site to NHBB and appointed a new town treasurer and deputy to serve until May's election.
