Portsmouth Police: Maine woman arrested on drug charge while a Hampton minister is arrested again, this time, for breach of bail.

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Shawn M. Day, 47, of State Road in Eliot, ME, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. on April 26, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. She was arrested in Maine and picked up for processing.

Frado Samprimo, 49, of Elaine Street in Hampton, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on April 26, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested by Hampton Police on a Portsmouth warrant, according to police. While in custody, he reportedly stated he was having a seizure and Portsmouth Fire and Rescue teams were sent to assist, according to a report. He was later taken to the hospital and then cleared to be taken to jail.

Kathleen M. Riley, 28, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 8:52 a.m. on April 27, 2016, on a warrant out of Dover. She was arrested on Lafayette Road.

A 16-year-old was arrested at 9:31 p.m. on April 28, 2016, for transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor. Also, a 15-year-old was taken in to protective custody. Police were sent to the Portsmouth Rotary and I-95 for liquor offense report. The operator of the vehicle was arrested and a vehicle was towed from the scene, according to a report.
Thomas P. Primmerman, 27, of Little River Road in Berwick, ME, was arrested at 3:03 p.m. on April 29, 2016, on a warrant out of Dover.
