• Construction delays expected Wednesday on I-95 southbound in Por0tsmouth (therochestervoice.com) — Expect delays Wednesday morning as NHDOT closes the I-95 Exit 7 southbound on-ramp in Portsmouth from 9 a.m. to noon, along with the southbound shoulder nearby. Crews will be building sound walls and privacy fencing, with detours routing drivers via Market Street and the Portsmouth Traffic Circle and electronic alerts available through NewEngland511.
