Fremont Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide Charge: Court Roundup
Salem man faces strangulation charges; North Hampton man accused of turning a McLaren into a deadly weapon; man faces knife threat charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Yunieski Perez Perez, 29, of Old Post Road in Louisville, Kentucky, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of acting in concert with Dijorys Rodriguez Calderin and-or Joel Mora Aguilar to steal 132 bottles of fragrance from Ulta Beauty in Seabrook on March 2. Calderin, 40, of Lecerne Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky, was also indicted on a felony receiving stolen property charge.
Louis James Pizzano Jr., 53, of North Main Street in Salem on two felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Feb. 19 in Salem.

Ryan Reed, 30, of Main Street in Fremont on negligent homicide-driving under the influence and manslaughter-reckless charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving drunk on March 16, 2021, in Epping, having double the blood alcohol concentration allowed by law, traveling at around 85 mph on Jenness Road, where the limit is 25 mph, and crashing, causing the death Casey McNamara of Fremont.
Lexus B. Reyna, 27, of East Watson Street in Dover on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of attempting to induce another person to withhold information on March 9 in Portsmouth by telling them, “Don’t do it, don’t do it, bro, don’t write a statement, I know where you live, I know where you mother lives,” after police spoke with him about an incident.

Noel C. Rix, 30, of Atlantic Avenue in North Hampton on reckless conduct and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving a 2018 McLaren Spider while drunk at dangerous speeds on a 25-mph roadway making it a dangerous weapon, placing others in danger, on June 27, 2021, in North Hampton. The investigation charge accuses him of attempting to conceal or destroy two vials of his blood by refusing to submit to a search warrant.
Benny V. Rosado, 33, of Little Mill Road in Sandown on reckless conduct-deadly weapon-domestic violence and criminal threatening-deadly weapon-domestic violence charges, both felonies, as well as a simple assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of driving at, holding a knife to the throat of and threatening to cut it, and pushing an intimate partner on Nov. 14, 2021, in Sandown.
Andrew Ivan Sajko, 28, of Dawson Street in Milton on a felony operating after certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Gosling Road in Newington on March 3 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Franklin J. Salcedo, 34, of Gale Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on receiving stolen property and possession of a self-defense weapon by a felon charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a Taser and retaining more than $1,500 worth of stolen sunglasses from Sunglass Outfitters in Hampton on Oct. 9, 2021. Salcedo is a felon due to a cocaine possession conviction in Maine in March 2017.
Jordan M. Sanchez, 31, a homeless man now located in Lawrence, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising control over a 2021 Jeep Wrangler, owned by another person, in Salem sometime between Nov. 8, and Nov. 9, 2021.
Antonio M. Santiago, 49, of Chester Road in Auburn on armed career criminal, felon in possession of a firearm, and violation of a protective order-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a gun after being convicted of three or more felonies, including assault, controlled drugs, and-or robbery, between March 1 and March 18 in Auburn. He was also accused of having an active protection order against him between March 9 and March 18.
