Dover Resident Accused Of Witness Intimidation: Portsmouth Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Justin R. Burnett, 43, of Balsam Lane in Kittery, Maine, received a summons at 10:24 on March 9, 2022, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a motor vehicle stop at Market Street and Interstate 95.
Lexus B. Reyna, 27, of East Watson Street in Dover was arrested at 9:31 p.m. on March 9 on a tampering with witnesses and informants charge. Reyna was also taken into protective custody. Police were sent to Congress Street for a report of underage drinking and a possible assault — with a possible broken leg, guns, and knives, a report stated. Police arrived to investigate and arrested Reyna.
A 16-year-old was arrested at 12:53 p.m. on March 9 on two possession of controlled-narcotic drug charges after an incident on Andrew Jarvis Drive.

Mark R. Linkenviz, 40, of Hanover Street in Portsmouth was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on March 9 on a criminal trespass charge. Police were sent to the Anchorage Inn for a report of a guest “freaking out” who was accused of stealing juice from a machine the previous night, according to a report. Linkenviz was arrested later.
Christopher W. Pepin, 25, of Dingley Road in Bowdoinham, Maine, was cited on a suspended registration charge at 8:03 p.m. on March 8 after a motor vehicle stop on the Route 1 Bypass south.

Elizabeth A. Desavage, 37, of Gosling Road in Portsmouth was arrested at 2:08 p.m. on March 8 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Farm Lane.
Sueli Silva, 42, of White Cedar Boulevard in Portsmouth was cited at 1:35 p.m. on March 8 on an operating without a valid license charge after a motor vehicle stop at Woodbury Avenue and Rockingham Avenue.
A patient with IEA paperwork was taken into protective custody at noon on March 7 after an incident at Portsmouth Hospital on Borthwick Avenue.
