Maine Man Arrested for DWI: Log

Portsmouth Police: Woman allegedly trespasses at home she sold earlier in the day. Plus, warrant arrests and more.

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Michael A. Ireland, 48, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested on a warrant at 11:02 p.m. on March 20, 2016. Police were sent to Lafayette Road for a report of an intoxicated man that an establishment wanted to leave. “(The) male was belligerent,” according to the report. The man was later arrested and given a ride to the hospital.

Matthew Bombaci, 32, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on March 21, 2016, on two bench warrants. Police were sent to Wedgewood Road after dispatch reported an open line and a man screaming in the background that he wanted a person to leave with the box cutter. The caller alleged that there was a man threatening a woman. The man later fled the area toward Cumbies in Newington. Newington Police later arrested Bombaci and transported him to the Rockingham County Jail.

Dennis Jette, 56, of Daniel Court in Rochester, was arrested at 9:34 p.m. on March 21, 2016, for conduct after an accident and habitual offender. He was arrested by the Salem Police and picked up by Portsmouth. Jette was the transported to the Rockingham County Jail.

Brian E. Pajak, 33, of Route 1 in Kittery, ME, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. on March 23, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and two counts of conduct after an accident. Officers were sent to State Street to investigate a hit-and-run with the suspect reportedly hitting a utility pole and then another vehicle while driving up onto an island. The vehicle was a silver sedan and it reportedly headed off on Middle Street. A passerby called police after seeing a vehicle with heavy damage pull into the Wright Avenue parking lot. Police spoke the driver and he was arrested.

Jennifer Bergeron-Bowers, 46, of Coolidge Drive in Portsmouth, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. on March 24, 2016, on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges. Officers were sent to Buckminster Way for an unwanted guest complaint. The caller stated that he had bought the house earlier in the day and the cleaners advised that the previous owner allegedly let herself in using the keypad on the garage. She was later arrested.
