Maine Man Indicted On Portsmouth Felonious Sexual Assault Charge: Superior Court
Plus: Derry woman indicted on knife assault charge; Raymond woman accused of gun threat in Candia; Seabrook man indicted on theft charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Paul J. Biewald, 39, of Wells Street in North Berwick, Maine, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Portsmouth between April 23 and April 24, 2021.
Anthony Michael Bizzocchi, 42, of Mason Avenue in Kittery, ME, on attempted theft and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies, as well as a breach of bail charge. On April 29, he was accused of attempting to steal a vehicle owned by another person in Portsmouth and was out on bail at the time. Bizzocchi was accused of controlling a Ford F550 truck and a Chevrolet Silverado truck in Hampton Falls on June 23. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft in Rockingham County Superior Court in May 2010 and theft by receiving stolen property in Alfred Maine Superior Court in July 2010.

Gregory Thomas Brown Jr., 44, of Walton Road in Seabrook on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing scratch tickets at the Mobil Alltown gas station in Hampton on Oct. 18, 2021. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.
Nicholas Cloutier, 33, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check on the account of Opportunity Networks in Londonderry for $4,933.11 at St. Mary’s Bank on Dec. 23, 2021.

Thomas Richard Coelho Jr., 43, of Great Pond Road in Kingston on two felony tampering with witnesses and informants charges. He was accused of telling two children to withhold information from police because “we aren’t rats” or words to that effect on Aug. 6 in Kingston.
Shirley Erma Coffey, 49, of Redfield Circle in Derry on first-degree assault and domestic violence charges, all felonies. She was accused of cutting a family member with a knife and swinging the knife at the same family member threatening to “cut him” or words to the effect on July 27 in Derry.
Caitlin Conrad, 21, of Main Street in Raymond on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. She was accused of displaying a gun at another person on June 21 in Candia.
Nicholas A. Croteau, 28, a homeless man now located in Derry, on a felony possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix, charge on Dec. 27, 2021, in Derry.
Emma Huntley Curry, 33, of Timberlane Road in Hampstead on a possession of clonazepam on Feb. 2, 2020, in Raymond.
