Hudson Man Indicted On Fentanyl Sales Charges: Superior Court
Plus: Lawrence man accused of selling fentanyl to Nashua police agent; Milford man indicted on theft charge; man faces strangulation charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Jeremy Trask, 34, of Foster Road in Milford on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing $178 items from Walmart in Hudson on Aug. 20, 2021, after previously being convicted of theft twice before.
Eric S. Violette, 38, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a vehicle on Jan. 15, 2020, in Nashua after twice before being convicted on theft charges.

Matthew Warren, 39, of Worcester Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 29 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted acts prohibited in November 2016 in Grafton County Superior Court.
Edward Whitney, 44, of Marshalls Way in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited and falsifying physical evidence charges. He was accused of selling 5 grams of fentanyl to an agent of the Nashua police and knowingly destroyed the drugs to impair an investigation.

Austin Wilbur, 27, of Frederick Street of Manchester on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and fentanyl, on Dec. 30, 2021, in Milford.
Hasim Zubhuza, 29, of Vine Street in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of assaulting a child on Jan. 18 in Nashua.
Robert Zucchari, 29, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person on Jan. 24 in Nashua.
Eric Carignan, 40, of Dracut Road in Hudson on four felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges. He was accused of possessing and selling fentanyl on Jan. 24, Jan. 26, Feb. 1, and Feb. 7 in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2021.
Eric Cavaleri, 37, of Aetna Court in Nashua on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine and fentanyl, charges on Feb. 16 in Nashua.
Hannah Chick, 27, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing $1,655.16 worth of items from Target in Nashua on March 2.
Jason Cloutier, 44, of Vine Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge on the Everett Turnpike on Feb. 22 in Nashua.
Nicholas Cloutier, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-alprazolam and attempted falsifying physical evidence charges. He was accused of possessing the drug and attempting to swallow it to impair an investigation on Feb. 18 in Nashua.
