New York Man Arrested for Stalking: Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Jesse C. Brown, 43, of River Road in Bow, was arrested at 9:18 a.m. on Sept. 18, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and stop/yield sign. He was arrested at the intersection of Thornton Street and Woodbury Avenue.

Darres Bruce, 51, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. on Sept. 18, 2016, on two warrants. Police on Weald Road arrested Bruce at Goslings Meadows and he was held.

Edilianny Aragones, 23, of Beechstone Apartments in Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:53 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop at Bartlett and Thornton streets.

Mark A. Mahardy, 49, of River Road in Mercy, NY, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on Sept. 13, 2016, for stalking, violation of a protective order, interference with custody, conspiracy to commit, and conspiracy to commit. Mahardy was arrested in Massachusetts by Middlesex County officials and picked up by Portsmouth Police and held.

Joshua Taylor, 20, of Gosling Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:51 p.m. on Sept. 13, 2016, for two counts of domestic violence-simple assault and endangering the welfare or a child/incompetent. Police were sent to the home for a report of a man allegedly punching a woman in the head. The man was arrested and a woman and child taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Justin Whitman, 35, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:29 p.m. on Sept. 13, 2016, for theft. He was arrested by Rockingham County and held.

Kejuan N. Williams, 42, of Maplewood Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. on Sept. 11, 2016, for criminal threatening, criminal threatening, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and a bench warrant. Police were sent to Woodbury Avenue for a report of someone busting out a window at the address.
