Parking And Road Closure Details For First Night In Portsmouth
Beginning at noon on Saturday, street closures for safety and parking bans will be implemented in the city. Here are the details.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — First Night in Portsmouth will be held on Saturday, and the city will be making some parking and road closures to ensure a safe event.
According to Stephanie Seacord, a public information officer for the city, parking on Parrott Avenue will be prohibited from noon to 9 p.m. The road will also be closed to traffic at 7 p.m. The dog park near the South Mill Playground will also close at noon.

“No parking” signs will be posted on Parrott Avenue, and vehicles parked in the posted areas will be towed to National Wrecker Service, 295 West Road, at the owner’s expense.
