Portsmouth Fugitive Arrested on Multiple Charges

Rockingham County Sheriffs arrested the following people recently:

Bryce A. DeMello, 23, of Searle Road in Danbury, was arrested on Nov. 25, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a falsifying physical evidence charge and two heroin possession charges.

Judith Pesarik, 57, of Elwyn Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested on Nov. 25, for reckless conduct, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest, and default or breach of bail conditions.

Scott C. Severin, 48, of Old Deerfield Road in Candia, was arrested on Nov. 24, for contempt capias-marital non-support (two counts).

Shianne L. Ahern, 18, of Deport Road in Sandown, was arrested on Nov. 23, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a sale of fentanyl charge.

Mark J. Wojnar, 40, of Jewett Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested on Nov. 23, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a theft by deception charge and willful concealment.

Jesse C. Lafayette, 33, of Wight Street in Raymond, was arrested on Nov. 22, for def sent original charge-duty to inform, sex offender registration.
