Portsmouth Roommates Arrested On Threat, Drug Charges: Police Log
Plus, Madbury and Kittery men arrested on threat charges and Newmarket and Franklin men were arrested for drunk driving.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Jasmine Harnden, 23, of Belknap Street in Dover, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2017, for false report to law enforcement. She was arrested by a Rockingham County deputy delivered to police.
Patrick King, 33, of Lewis Avenue in Kittery, ME, was arrested at 8:37 a.m. on Aug. 21, 2017, for criminal threatening-use of a deadly weapon and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested on a warrant.

Craig Santos, 40, of Evans Road in Madbury, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. on Aug. 20, 2017, for disorderly conduct and criminal threatening. He was arrested by Rollinsford on a warrant. Fnu Maslin, 43, of Freedom Circle in Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. on Aug. 20, 2017, for criminal threatening-use of a deadly weapons and domestic violence-simple assault. Also arrested was Laurence Surja, 22, of Freedom Circle in Portsmouth, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers were sent to Freedom Circle for a report of roommates arguing with one alleging that the other had a firearm pointed at him. Officers surrounded the building, learned that the gun was a BB gun, and had the man come out. At the same time, the second man reportedly slipped out another side of the building to a vehicle. He reportedly left the scene but the vehicle was stopped and detained.
Riley Carter, 21, of Heartwood Circle in Newmarket, was arrested at 10:33 p.m. on July 31, 2017, for driving while intoxicated and urinating/defecating in public. He was arrested on Grafton Drive after a field sobriety test.
Jane A. George, 62, of Old Cutts Road in Kittery, ME, was arrested at 6:42 p.m. on July 31, 2017, for theft. She was arrested on a warrant.
Mark W. Cormier, 53, of Grove Street in Franklin, was arrested at 11:16 a.m. on July 31, 2017, for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-subsequent, conduct after an accident, and negligent driving. Police were told about a vehicle “all over the road” driving the wrong way on Court Street and then, heading north on the Route 1 Bypass from Spaulding. The vehicle later pulled into an apartment complex and the man was “barely able to stand up,” according to the witness.
Richard D. Murphy III, 32, of Eleanors Way in Brentwood, was arrested at 7:16 p.m. on July 30, 2017, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested after a consent search on Middle Road.
Ryan M. Tripp, 22, of Jug Hill Road in Milton Mills, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. on July 30, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on Woodbury Avenue after a check of a vehicle in the parking lot.
Jonah Ashby, 21, of Sagamore Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. on July 29, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to a report of three people fighting at the location with one person locking themselves in a room while a man and woman were still arguing.
Patricia A. Reno, 32, of Bluefish Boulevard in Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on July 29, 2017, for violation of probation or parole after an alleged incident on Lafayette Road.
Trever Long, 28, of Rutland Street in Dover, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on July 29, 2017, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Police were sent to Lafayette Road for a report of a person passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle who allegedly woke up and then passed out again. After a consent search, a man was arrested.
