Woman Arrested for Allegedly Refusing to Leave Hotel Room – Again: Portsmouth Police Log
Kittery man arrested for disorderly conduct, then charged again for allegedly defecating in his cell; Somersworth woman faces drug charges.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — James A. Paradis, 37, of Winter Street in Rochester, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. on April 9, 2017, for driving after suspension, speed, and open container. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Hillside Drive and Greenleaf Avenue.

James Miller, 50, of Islington Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. on April 9, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer. He was arrested on Islington Street.

George L. McNicholas-Follett, 33, of Islington Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:56 a.m. on April 9, 2017, for suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension after a stop on Islington Street and Greenland Road.
Judith Pesarik, 58, of Elwyn Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on April 9, 2017, for criminal trespass. Police were sent to Woodbury Avenue for a report of a woman in a hotel room who was told to vacant but reportedly refused and wasn’t answering the door. The clerk noted that the woman had been known to be difficult in the past, according to the report. Officers arrived and reportedly requested her to leave, she allegedly refused, and was arrested.

Patrick King, 33, of Lewis Avenue in Kittery, ME, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. on April 9, 2017, for disorderly conduct and protective custody. Police were sent to Market Street for a report of a fight. EMTs were called to the scene, too, since one man had some cuts, according to the report. King was later arrested. At 3:08 a.m., King was charged for criminal mischief and default or breach of bail conditions. Police allege that King “urinated and defecated in Cell 5 after he was bailed,” according to a report.
A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with operating without a valid license and misuse or failure to display plates at 1:59 a.m. on April 9, 2017, after a stop on Woodbury Avenue. The plate – according to the report – was for a black Chevrolet Suburban but was on a maroon Jeep. The teen’s parents, in North Hampton, were notified, and later, police learned, he allegedly took the plate of another vehicle, according to the report.
Nicole Roy, 24, of Main Street in Somersworth, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. on April 8, 2017, for two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He was arrested on an out-of-town warrant.
