Exeter Woman Arrested for Wiretapping: Log
Portsmouth Police: Maine men arrested on various charges and Portsmouth woman charged with DWI.

PORTSMOUTH, NH - Tonia C. Perrin, 51, of Mackerel Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:33 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2016, for unsworn falsification and false report to law enforcement. She was arrested on a warrant at her home.

Jacob D. O’Connell, 23, of Norton Street in South Berwick, ME, was arrested at 6:39 p.m. on Jan. 31, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions. Police were sent to Gosling Road where staff at a business alleged that there was a guest “begging for money in the hotel and surrounding areas,” according to a report. Staff requested to have the woman removed. Her boyfriend, however, had reportedly been staying in a room previously.

Nichole Brock, 35, of Linden Street in Exeter, was arrested at 10:38 a.m. on Feb. 1, 2016, for unlawful wiretapping. She was arrested on a walk-in arrest warrant at the police station.
Janine E. Clarke, 44, of Cutts Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. on Feb. 1, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and open container. Police were tipped off that a woman had left a school and may have been intoxicated. Police checked the area and the woman’s home and then, stopped her vehicle on Maplewood Avenue. After field sobriety tests, she was arrested.

Judith Pesarik, 57, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2016, for criminal trespass, two counts of resisting arrest or detention, and default or breach of bail conditions. Police were sent to a hotel on Woodbury Avenue where a woman was there to pick up her belongings but was reportedly refusing to open the door. She was later arrested for trespass and resisting.
Holly M. Spreen, 43, of Islington Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to an apartment for a report of yelling and a woman reportedly saying she was sorry. Police later arrested Spreen.
Ryland McLaughlin, 26, of Robert Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2016, for simple assault and criminal mischief. A caller alleged that his roommate grabbed his eyeglasses and broke them. “(The) roommate said he would finish him when he came back,” according to the report. Police reportedly arrested McLaughlin at the Ninety-Nine Restaurant.
Riley Tucker, 21, of Castine, ME, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Feb. 7, 2016, for resisting arrest or detention and disorderly conduct. Police were on a foot pursuit at the intersection of Ceres and Bow streets. One man took off toward Daniel Street while Tucker was arrested at the Oar house on Ceres Street.
