Accused Seabrook Drug Dealer Indicted In Superior Court: Roundup

Exeter man indicted on deadly weapon threat charges; Salem man indicted on reckless conduct firearm charge; and accused burglars indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Scott Dumas, pictured upper left, 49, of Lafayette Road in Seabrook, on three felony sale of controlled drug-subsequent charges. The indictment accused him of selling fentanyl to an undercover police officer on June 14, July 18, and July 22, 2019, in Seabrook. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug charge.

Ryan C. Eaton, 36, of Moores Lane in Seabrook, on a felony burglary charge. He's accused of burglarizing Syvinski Landscaping in Seabrook on June 4.

Eric B. Falcon, upper middle, 36, of Hilton Avenue in Exeter, on criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and two domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He's accused of holding a knife and saying to an intimate partner, "I'm going to kill you" and "I'm going to slit your throat," and "I'm going to stab you" to another person on Aug. 9 in Exeter.

Michael R. Fontaine, 50, of High Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on two receiving stolen property and two theft by deception charges, all felonies. He's accused of stealing gold jewelry in Salem on Feb. 27 and March 5, 2018, and fencing the items at Cash for Gold in Salem on Feb. 27 and March 5, 2018.

Donald Hayes Fowler, 43, of Pine Street in Seabrook, on a felony accomplice theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of aiding or agreeing with Daniel Fowler to steal currency from another person and standing in front of the person's car door preventing them from pursuing Daniel Fowler on Oct. 31, 2018, in Exeter.

Nellie Annette Fowler, upper middle, 59, on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. On Sept. 14, she's accused of trying to induce another to not show at a proceeding in Brentwood.

Acura Gardiner, 30, of Carpenter Avenue of the Bronx, New York, on receiving stolen property, accomplice to attempted theft by unauthorized taking, and conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. She's accused of working with Tanganika Linzy to steal items from Abercrombie and Fitch in Salem on Sept. 27.

Dylan Garrison, 21, of Danville Road in Plaistow, on sale of THC cartridges to a minor, possession of THC cartridges with intent to distribute, and possession of meth charges, all felonies, on July 3 in Plaistow.

Michael J. Ghareib, 19, of True Lane in Seabrook, on a felony burglary charge. He's accused of burglarizing a home on True Lane in Seabrook on April 23.

Justin Gillis, 29, of Cluff Crossing Road in Salem, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. On Aug. 7, in Salem, he's accused of firing a 9 mm pistol inside a building complex that resulted in a bullet entering the living room of another unit.
