Bay State Teens Arrested on Drug, Shoplifting Charges: Log

Police arrest Salem man for allegedly assaulting a women while a Chichester man is also charged with willful concealment.

SALEM, NH — Nicole E. DeFeo, 38, of Highland Avenue in Haverhill, MA, and Amy M. Larocque, 32, of Washington Street in Haverhill, MA, were arrested at 1:11 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged shoplifting incident at Kohl’s at Cluff Crossing Road. DeFeo was held without bail.

Two 16-year-old female juveniles were arrested at 7:08 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

George V. Georgopoulos, 32, of Limerick Drive in Chichester, was arrested at 11:36 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, on two counts of willful concealment. He was arrested after alleged incidents at Lowes on South Broadway.

Luis M. Lora, 19, of Royal Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs and transportation of drugs in a motor vehicle. Also arrested were two 17-year-old juveniles for willful concealment. One was also charged with possession/use of a tobacco product by a minor. Police were sent to Klemms Mobil on Pleasant Street for a report of suspicious activity. A detective advised that he was watching the vehicle in question which was parked in a fire lane. The men may have been involved in a previous incident at Macy’s about 45 minutes before, according to the report. One suspect was later located in a tree, according to police. Three were later charged and released on a summons.

Joseph R. Harmacinski, 43, of Olive Avenue in Salem, was arrested at 8:21 p.m. on Aug. 24, 206, for domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to the home for a report of a woman who was reportedly knocked to the ground and had a laceration to the head, according to a report.
