Brentwood Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup

Mass. felon indicted on weapon charges; Epping man indicted on strangulation charge; Kingston man indicted on drug distribution charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Charles J. Deas, 46, of Willard Street in Quincy, Massachusetts, on two felony counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. He was accused of possessing two daggers on Sept. 6, 2024, in Portsmouth. Deas is a felon due to an assault with a dangerous weapon conviction in Worcester District Court in Massachusetts in June 2019.

Michael J. Defilippo, 40, of Pleasant Street in Epping, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling a woman, punching her with a closed fist, and pushing her to the ground in Epping on Nov. 14, 2024.

Arline Catherine Delanoy, 58, of Wood Avenue in Derry, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise at Walmart in Derry on July 8, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, Delanoy has been convicted on theft charges.

Clinton John Depalmer, 43, of Summer Street in Salem, on felony possession of crack cocaine and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was accused of possessing the drug and driving in Salem on Aug. 7, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Thomas Dever, 35, of West Street in Danvers, Massachusetts, on a felony accomplice-theft by unauthorized taking charge. He worked in concert with Jeeyson Minda-Borja and one other person by allowing his Ford F-250 to be used to steal between $1,000 and $1,500 in property from Lowe’s in Salem on March 15, 2024, according to the indictment.

Kyle Henderson, 32, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony assault by prisoner charges. He was accused of striking one person in the stomach and another in the face on Sept. 24, 2024, in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Thomas William Hobbs III, 43, of Juniper Road in Derry, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Oct. 20, 2024, in Salem.

Nathan Allen Holmes, 40, of Main Street in Kingston, on three counts of driving while being certified as a habitual offender, possession of crack cocaine, possession of cocaine, falsifying physical evidence, possession of cocaine with intent to sell charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing drugs and driving on Route 125 in Kingston on July 5, 2024, possessing drugs and driving on Main Street in Kingston on Sept. 2, and Sept. 18, 2024. Holmes was also accused of throwing a bag of cocaine out of a vehicle while he was driving in Kingston on Sept. 18, 2024.

Amy Beth Jensen, 52, a homeless woman now located in Derry, on a felony habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Rockingham Road and-or Lawrence Road in Derry on April 20, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Krystil Jeanne Karlson, 41, of South Main Street in Seabrook, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 25, 2023, in Hampton.

Nathan T. Kenyon, 38, of Saxton River Road in Saxton River, Vermont, on a possession of fentanyl charge on March 7, 2020, in Salem.
