Mass. Man Indicted On 2021 Salem DWI Crash With Injuries Case: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: North Hampton stolen SUV, reckless driving indictments; Exeter burglary, theft indictment case; RI felon indicted on gun charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Robert Michael Dalton, 30, of Staniels Road in Loudon on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2018 Jeep Cherokee that he knew or probably knew was stolen in Salem on Aug. 5.
Arline Catherine Delanoy, 56, of Wood Avenue in Derry on felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of amphetamine charges on July 27 in Derry.

Nick Dichristopher, 30, of Valley Street in Cranston, Rhode Island, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining or exercising unauthorized control of a trailer and bicycle in Stratham on Aug. 4.
Axel E. Domenech, 33, of Cross Street in Newton, Massachusetts, on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing an apartment in Exeter between June 18 and June 19, 2021, and stealing a Toyota Highlander.

Peter L. Ducharme, 50, of Margin Street in Salem, MA, on receiving stolen property and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies, as well as reckless operation, disobeying an officer, and taking without an owner’s consent charges. He was accused of possessing a stolen 2015 Hyundai Elantra, speeding and driving into oncoming traffic on Lafayette Road (70 mph in a 35 mph zone), and refusing to stop for police between May 5 and May 6 in North Hampton.
Andrew Jon Dzioba, 20, of Stillwater Road in Methuen, MA, on six felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated and two felony counts of felony reckless conduct. He was accused of drunken driving, while speeding, and causing a collision with multiple injuries on Pond Street in Salem on Nov. 10, 2021. Henry D. Ferreras-Pena, 22, of Hawthorne Street in Lynn, MA, on a felony possession of cocaine with intent to distribute charge on June 7 in Northwood.
James E. Flagg, 70, of Bullfinch Drive in Andover, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing aluminum from City Glass in Seabrook between Oct. 24 and Oct. 28, 2021.
Garrito Fort, 38, of Cathedral Street in Providence, RI, on two felony counts of felon in possession of a deadly weapon. He was accused of possessing a firearm in Seabrook between Oct. 1 and Oct. 31, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, Fort has been convicted of kidnapping, breaking and entering, assault and battery on a family member, and assault and battery with a deadly weapon charges in Massachusetts, making him a felon. Hannah Frazier, 19, of East Broadway in Derry on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of causing a contusion and scratch on a child’s face on Sept. 4 in Derry.
