Elderly Hampton Man Indicted On Child Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Exeter man accused of threatening to kill another with an ax; Newmarket man indicted on knife threat charge; 2 indicted on theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Horace Desrochers, 79, of Mill Road in Hampton on felonious sexual assault and four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling two children and raping one child between May 1, 2010, and Oct. 1, 2015.

William Dominquez, 40, of Mary Batchelder Road in Hampton on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register with Hampton police on June 15.

Trisha Ann Eaton, 35, of Rockingham Village in Seabrook and Robert Anthony Eaton, 34, of Centennial Street in Seabrook on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge and breach of bail. They were accused of stealing Ryobi products from Home Depot in Seabrook on Nov. 11, 2021, while out on bail due to prior theft charges. Both were charged with a felony due to prior theft convictions, according to the indictment.

Alex James Erosa, 22, of Alison Drive in Seabrook on a felony issuing bad checks charge. He was accused of issuing two checks knowing payment would not be made on April 16 in Seabrook.

Jonathan K. Freshour, 40, of Morton Street in Exeter on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon-domestic violence charge. He was accused of threatening to murder a household member with an ax on Sept. 13 in Exeter.

Jeremy Gable, 34, of Middlesex Street in North Andover, Massachusetts, on possession of clonazepam and possession of hydromorphine charges, both felonies, on March 23 in Seabrook.

Kelli Good, 44, of Howard Street in Wilton on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining Volkswagen Jetta, knowing that it had been stolen, on July 3 in Epping.

Robert J. Gracia Maisonet Jr., 27, of Mass Mill Drive in Lowell, MA, on possession of buprenorphine and delivery of articles to prisoners charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug inside the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood between June 19 and July 21, 2020.

Scott A. Grant, 55, of Central Street in Newmarket on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of holding a knife and threatening to kill another person, or words to that effect, on May 24 in Newmarket.
