Derry Woman Indicted On Several Knife Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Portsmouth man accused of dealing cocaine; Seabrook man indicted on knife threat charges; Exeter man indicted on drug charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Israel Collazo, 28, of Cutts Avenue in Portsmouth on felony counts of possession of cocaine with intent to sell-subsequent, possession of cocaine, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon — a .40 caliber Smith & Wesson handgun on Nov. 21, 2022, in Portsmouth. He was a felon due to a controlled substance conviction in Lee County, Florida, in July 2013.

Mirtha R. Cortes, 57, of Datillo Road in Derry on four criminal threatening-domestic violence charges, all felonies. She was accused of threatening an intimate partner by holding a knife against their abdomen and applying pressure and poking their arms on Oct. 30, 2022, in Derry.

Mark Cronin, 66, of Charles Henry Way in Seabrook on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of brandishing a knife at two other men on Dec. 21, 2022, in Seabrook.

Daniel Croston, 44, of Whittier Drive in Fremont on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Sept. 10, 2022, in Fremont. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on at least one prior charge.

Jaime L. Deforge, 43, of French Road in Dalton on theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by misapplication of property charges, both felonies. Deforge was accused of obtaining funds from a woman in Northwood between April 18, and May 13, 2021, to do construction on her home and never did the work and recklessly failed to pay a third person.

Alisha Marie Dehetre, 27, of Park Street in Salisbury, Massachusetts, on a felony criminal mischief charge. She was accused of kicking a vehicle in Seabrook on June 4, 202, causing more than $1,500 worth of damage.

Jeanine M. Demers, 41, of West Shore Avenue in Manchester on a felony habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Rockingham Road in Londonderry on Nov. 12, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Jessica L. Fountaine, 40, of Forest Acres Drive in Haverhill, MA, on a felony identity fraud charge. She was accused of posing as another and using their passport at TD Bank in Hampton on Nov. 6, 2021, to obtain a debit card.

Thomas C. Frank, 33, of Court Street in Exeter on possession of amphetamine-subsequent and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Aug. 4, 2022, in Exeter.
