Salem Police: Alleged stalker from Derry charged, Haverhill man arrested on DWI charges, and Nashua woman is arrested again.

SALEM, NH — Luis J. Vasquez, 24, of Katherine Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. on Oct. 11, 2016, on a warrant for credit card fraud ($1,501+).

James R. Hogg, 23, of Pleasant Street in Dracut, MA, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. Oct. 11, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Walmart on North Broadway. He also received a summons at 1:25 p.m. on Oct. 10, 2016, for negligent driving and operating without a valid license after police were sent to Town Fair Tire on South Broadway for suspicious persons who may have been involved in a robbery at the Ninety-Nine Restaurant. After questioning, Hogg was released on a summons.

Andrew J. McKeon, 28, of South Dixie Highway in Boca Raton, FL, was arrested at 5:38 p.m. on Oct. 11, 2016, on two counts of felonious sexual assault against a victim under 13. He was arrested and held on a warrant.
Stacey Morrow, 47, of Bowers Street in Nashua, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. on Oct. 10, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested on a warrant and released on $2,500 cash bail.

Jorge Alvarez, 32, of Hazelton Avenue in Manchester, received a summons at 2:55 a.m. on Oct. 10, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested after police were sent to the I-93 rest area for a man slumped over the wheel of a vehicle.
Megan L. Whittier, 44, of Roosevelt Road in Billerica, MA, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 8, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug, endangering the welfare of a child, and willful concealment. Also arrested was a 15-year-old for willful concealment. Police were sent to Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park for a report of two female shopliftings fleeing the store.
Casey A. Gurley, 27, of East Broadway in Derry, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. on Oct. 8, 2016, for stalking, criminal mischief, and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers and EMTs were sent to the Park View Inn on South Broadway for a woman assaulted. Gurley was arrested and given $2,500 cash bail.
Daniel Torres, 30, of May Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 11:28 a.m. on Oct. 8, 2016, for receiving stolen property ($1,000 to $1,500) and false report to law enforcement. Also arrested were Elizabeth L. DeJesus, 27, of Grafton Street in Lawrence, MA, for receiving stolen property (less than $1,000) and simple assault, and Jossey Carabello, 36, of Lowell Street in Lawrence, MA, for receiving stolen property ($1,000 to $1,500) and false report to law enforcement. Police were sent to the Cash for Gold on South Broadway for a report of a man attempting to pawn items that match some reported from a burglary in North Andover.
Meagan R. Robinson, 27, of Mayhew Court in Hopkinton, MA, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. on Oct. 7, 2016, for larceny. She turned herself in on a warrant.
Thomas B. Thornton, 41, of Merrimack Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2016, for DUI-impairment and DUI-impairment, second or third. Police were tipped off about “a vehicle all over the road.” The vehicle was Mass. plates was stopped on Main Street near the Red Barn Discount Beverage and he was arrested.
Librado Garcia, 47, of Fayette Street in Lynn, MA, was arrested at 12:14 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2016, on a warrant. Police were warned that there was a vehicle operating erratically. The driver was stopped on Lawrence Road and arrested on a Hudson Police warrant.
Shaun M. DiFrancesco, 34, of Granite Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 11:59 a.m. on Oct. 6, 2016, for false report to law enforcement, disobeying an officer, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and operating after being certified as a habitual offender. He was arrested on a warrant.
Jermaine A. Polk, 33, of Francis Street in North Andover, MA, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on Oct. 6, 2016, for bail jumping and a bench warrant. He was arrested on a warrant.
