Hampstead Man Indicted On 2 Child Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Nashua, Rochester, Windham men indicted on drug sale charges; Boston, Brooklyn men indicted on theft charges; woman accused of meth in jail.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Jason J. Janvrin, 61, of Lafayette Road in Seabrook on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of removing bug spray from a door by wiping it down and-or concealing the can to impair an investigation on Dec. 4, 2022, in Seabrook.
Julio F. Johansen-Figueroa, 29, of Scott Drive in Hampstead on aggravated felonious sexual assault-extended term and felonious sexual assault-extended term charges, both felonies. He was accused of fondling and kissing a child under 13 on Nov. 11, 2022, in Hampstead.

Brandie Lee Jones, 33, of North Street in Claremont on possession of methamphetamine and delivery of articles prohibited charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug inside the Rockingham County House of Corrections on Jan. 29.
Toby Lawrence Kennedy-Salmeron, 18, of Blossom Road in Windham on felony sale of marijuana charge on Oct. 22, 2022, in Windham.

Matthew Alan Laberge, 38, of Whitman Drive in Rochester on possession of meth, possession of fentanyl, possession of meth with intent to dispense, and possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense charges, all felonies, on Nov. 2, 2019, in Portsmouth.
Nathaniel Lash, 38, of Lexington Street in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,000 in items from Home Depot in Londonderry on Dec. 22, 2022.
Ryan B. Latsiou, 26, of Union Street in Manchester on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of taking the car keys and exercising control of another person’s Honda Accord in Salem on Dec. 19, 2022. According to the indictment, he has been convicted twice before on theft charges.
Carlos Mojica, 48, of Washington Street in Boston, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Market Basket in Salem on Dec. 21, 2019, after being convicted twice before of theft.
David R. Nelson, 35, of Crown Street in Nashua on a felony sale of fentanyl charge on Sept. 29, 2022, in Windham.
